Gwendolyn's homemade pumpkin cheesecake is made with graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Then filled with pumpkin purée, holiday spices, cream cheese, and a touch of Brandy. Baked slowly for four hours then when cooled it is topped with our homemade marshmallow sour cream topping and freshly ground nutmeg. A great holiday cheesecake with a light pumpkin flavor.
All cheesecakes are boxed in our beautiful pink pie box tied with our silver foil pink satin ribbon. Gift enclosure cards & candles are also available.

If shipping, all cheesecakes are packaged carefully in our Cake Bake Shop shipping box. When it arrives on your doorstep or is sent as a gift, the pink decorated box is sure to make you smile.

We change out our cheesecake flavors every three to four months, so each cheesecake flavor will have its months of availability separated by seasons. The current season we are in will be the cheesecakes available.
