This Southern-style Georgia pecan pie is a version of The Swan House in Georgia. My Grandmother, Marie Antoinette Gremillion LeBlanc, used to make this pie for me. I add a hint of Bourbon to give it depth. I also chop some pecans and leave others whole for a beautiful pie. I bake it in my signature all-butter pie dough crust, then add a bit of raw brown sugar for extra sparkle and crunch.
