This Southern style Georgia pecan pie is a version of The Swan House in Georgia. My Grandmother, Marie Antoinette Gremillion, used to make this pie for me. I add a hint of Bourbon to give it depth. I also chop some pecans and leave others whole for a beautiful pie. I bake it in my signature all-butter pie dough crust, then add a bit of raw brown sugar for an extra sparkle and crunch.
All pies are boxed in our beautiful pink pie box tied with our silver foil pink satin ribbon. Gift enclosure cards & candles are also available.
If shipping, all pies are packaged carefully in our Cake Bake Shop shipping box. When it arrives on your doorstep or sent as a gift, the pink decorated box is sure to make you smile.
*Due to the small size of our kitchen not all pies featured are available year round. We change out our pie flavors every three to four months, so each pie flavor will have their months of availability separated by seasons. The current season we are in will be the pies available.
