How do custom menus work?

Our Concierge Events Team curates printed menus featuring your selections from our seasonal offerings. We’ll confirm details in a planning meeting to accommodate allergies and preferences.

Do taxes and service charges apply?

Yes. Both Indiana, and Florida (BoardWalk) events include sales tax, and 24% gratuity (allocated to the Service Team and Concierge Events Team). Your proposal will show the breakdown.

What is required to book?

A signed digital contract and a deposit are required to secure your reservation. Timing and deposit percentage vary by location and space.

Can I bring décor or A/V?

Additional décor and A/V can be accommodated with prior approval. Confetti, balloons, and taped items on walls may be restricted depending on the location. Ask your Events Manager for guidance.
