Chef Pauli Milotte the Culinary Recruiter for Walt Disney World visited Gwendolyn and her shop today for lunch and dessert.. Accompanied by Chef Marc Aguilera and Beth Kapsalis from the Art Institute Of Indianapolis Culinary Program. Gwendolyn has hired over a dozen bakers and decorators from the program and looks to hire more as she opens her second location in Carmel, Indiana in the Fall of this year. Chef Pauli had the Ham & Rosemary Quiche and Mixed Berry Bread Pudding for dessert. He wanted to know 'How do you make it so creamy and fluffy?'
