The Cake & Bake Show Earls Court London, England

Peter Sidwell the TV host of Britain's Best Bakery was the judge. The verdict is.... Oh gosh I was so nervous... Victory! Yay, Peter loved it! We get to go home with a huge success and I was thrilled to be part of the Clandestine Cake Club competition. Now this cake is an award winning Chocolate Cake. Peter even said he would come out for the opening of my new bake shop. Truly an amazing day. I am beyond ecstatic. Thank you England for having me, it was a honor to bake my cake here.

It is 3 layers of French chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache & a chocolate malted cream. Topped with a French chocolate fudge frosting, Fleur de Sel & silver balls.
