If you are a fan of Caramel Cake you will love our version. We make six layers of buttermilk cake and brush them with our homemade Madagascar vanilla bean syrup. We make our brown sugar caramel cream by hand over the stove until it is perfect, then we quickly top the cake (since Southern style caramel cream sets in minutes). This cake should look like a delicious pile of pancakes with a crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Each bite is sweet and melts in your mouth. The balance of the buttermilk, brown sugar & cream make this cake one of our Southern classics.
All cakes are boxed in our beautiful pink cake box tied with our silver foil pink satin ribbon. Gift enclosure cards & candles are also available.
If shipping, all cakes are packaged carefully in our Cake Bake Shop shipping box. When it arrives on your doorstep or sent as a gift, the pink decorated box is sure to make you smile.
*Due to the small size of our kitchen not all cakes featured are available year round. We change out our cake flavors every three to four months, so each cake flavor will have their months of availability separated by seasons. The current season we are in will be the cakes available.
