Pucker up! Gwendolyn's lemon bars are all made by hand from scratch.  European all-butter shortbread crust is topped with our homemade lemon curd of egg yolks, sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Baked until set and then dusted with confectioners’ sugar. We use over 40 lemons for one batch of these delicious bars Each bar is 3"x3".

All Lemon Bars are boxed in our beautiful pink pie box tied with our gold foil pink satin ribbon. Gift enclosure cards & candles are also available.

If shipping, all Lemon Bars are packaged carefully in our Cake Bake Shop shipping box. When it arrives on your doorstep or sent as a gift, the pink decorated box is sure to make you smile.

*Due to the small size of our kitchen, not all desserts featured are available year-round. We change out our desserts every three to four months, so each dessert will have its months of availability separated by seasons.
