Our homemade cheesecake is made with cream cheese, Valhrona French chocolate, sugar & eggs. Baked in our chocolate cookie, European all~butter crust & topped with Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache.

All cheesecakes are boxed in our beautiful pink pie box tied with our silver foil pink satin ribbon. Gift enclosure cards & candles are also available.

If shipping, all cheesecakes are packaged carefully in our Cake Bake Shop shipping box. When it arrives on your doorstep or is sent as a gift, the pink decorated box is sure to make you smile.

*Due to the small size of our kitchen, not all cheesecakes featured are available year-round. We change out our cheesecake flavors every three to four months, so each cheesecake flavor will have its months of availability separated by seasons. The current season we are in will be the cheesecakes available.
